Our School Day
Government guidance from September 2023 is that all mainstream schools are expected to provide a compulsory school week of at least 32.5hours. This is from registration to the end of the school. Day.
Years 1-6
We will be continuing the soft start in the mornings as this has proved to be really successful to aid a smooth calm transition into the classrooms to settle the children. The school gates will open at 8.30am and close at 8.45am. Children need to be in school by 8.45am and go straight to the class as they do currently. If your child arrives after 8.45am they need to come to the office with the adult where they will be marked in as late.
End of the day pick is 3.15pm.
Reception
Drop off for children in reception is between 8.35am and 8.45am.
Pick up is 3.10pm.
